For more than 50 years, True West Magazine® has been a leading authority on everything to do with the Old West.  That is why we were so very pleased when they named The Occidental Hotel as The Best Hotel In The West for 2007 ... and then did it again for 2008!

Since True West Magazine concerns itself with the authentic Old West, the awards were primarily given for the authentic reality of the American frontier that has been preserved at The Occidental Hotel.
