Our Chef Norman
Henry has been involved in every facet
of the hospitality industry, managing Five-Star Restaurants, Four
Season Resorts, and Class A Country Clubs. He has worked as an
Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Manager, and General Manager.
Norman also owned his own restaurant, Salt H2O Cafe which was featured
on the Food Network. His culinary expertise includes French,
Kosher, Scandanavian, Pacific Rim, Mediterranean, Semitic, Continental
and Creole Cuisines. Prior to coming to the Virginian, Norman
was the Private Chef at the Hearst Family's summer retreat, Wyntoon, in
McCloud, California. |
